It has been decided that the new James Bond film called Skyfall with Daniel Craig will use Tom Ford as the costume designer for the lead. This will be the second time that Tom Ford has dressed Daniel Craig for the role of James Bond, the first time being in the film Quantum of Solace in 2008. Though Daniel Craig is a very handsome man, the Tom Ford suits definitely add to the overall appeal.

In Quantum of Solace Tom Ford dressed Daniel Craig in a notched lapel suit and signature pop of white pocket square. It should also be noted that Tom Ford convinced Daniel Craig on his signature boot cut suit pant. Not belled too much and certainly not a skinny. The most flattering cut for any man, any shape. It can be assumed that Tom Ford will dress Craig in a similar fashion as that is what Bond would wear.

Skyfall will be directed by Sam Mendes and will be shot in London, Turkey, China, and Scotland. This will be the 23 Bond film and will mark 50 years of adventure. Long time actor Judi Dench will play M as usual and Berenice Marlohe and Naomie Harris (Pirates of the Caribbean) will be the sexy new supporting actors. Naomie was quoted as saying “I still can’t believe it is happening. I’m still having to pinch myself… I spent two months training so far so I feel really ready for the roller coaster that is about to commence.”

A roller coaster it will be as filming began today. The film is said to be released in the UK around October 26, 2012 and November for North America. Director Mendes promises that there will be a lot of action and it will definitely be worth the wait!
